Sejfa is a digital home insurance for rented and tenant-owned flats, with travel cover and allrisk. We do not compare home insurance; this is the insurer we have an agreement with.

What is included
Home insurance covers you and your belongings against fire, water damage and burglary, among other things. At Sejfa it also includes travel cover for up to 45 days and allrisk, which pays for things that are dropped, spilled on or broken.
If you live in a tenant-owned flat (bostadsrätt), the add-on for the parts of the flat you are responsible for is included. There is no binding period: you cancel in the app, and the insurance runs to the end of the month.

What does Sejfa's home insurance include?
Cover for you and your belongings against fire, water damage and burglary, among other things, travel cover for up to 45 days and allrisk (accidental damage, called drulle in Swedish). Your belongings are insured up to SEK 1 million.
Is the add-on for an owned flat included?
Yes. Sejfa says the bostadsrättstillägg (the add-on for a tenant-owned flat) is always included.
Is there a binding period?
No. You can cancel the insurance whenever you like in the app, and it runs until the end of the month you cancel.
What does the home insurance cost?
The price is worked out for your home after you fill in Sejfa's form. We do not show prices.
